In order to provide you and other clients with outstanding quality of service including timely appointment, we are maintaining a 24-hour cancellation policy. Kindly review the booking and cancellation information below.

Please note that by booking an appointment you are accepting the conditions of our cancellation policy. Any cancellation without minimum 24 hour notice or no show will be charged $30.00 before next appointment(s) can be booked. If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment you must speak to someone or email Cancellations are not accepted by voice mail and will be subject to the non-refundable $30.00 fee.  If you have any questions or concerns, please call us at 647-223-1888


Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are going to be late please call ahead. If you are more then 15 mins late you maybe asked to reschedule your appointment.

For clients who are undergoing laser treatments must be shaved. Any client who needs to be shaved will be subject to a $25.00 shaving fee. It is recommended to shave the day before.


There are NO REFUNDS on any products, treatments or services paid for or pre-purchased. There are no exceptions. Products that are deemed defective will be exchanged for the same product within 15 days of purchase.
