Cancellation, Reschedule & No-Show Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honoured:

Twenty-four hour advance notice is required when cancelling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. If you are unable to give us 24 hours advance notice, you will be charged the full amount of your appointment. This will be charged to your credit card on file or if you prepay for your appointments, it must be paid for before you can schedule another appointment. Gift certificates will be voided in lieu of the fee. If appointment was booked less than 24 hrs before service, the policy still applies, therefore any cancellations after the booking would result in having to pay for the missed appointment.

No-Shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show”. They will be charged in full for their missed appointment.

Late Arrivals

If you arrive late, your session will be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, your technician will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the service actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” service. Out of respect and consideration to your technician and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.

Rescheduling

If you cancel and rebook less than 24 hrs, the cancellation policy still applies. Any changes to our your original booking, such as changing the time or date is considered a cancellation and the full amount will be charged.

For clients who are undergoing laser treatments must be shaved. Any client who needs to be shaved will be subject to a $25.00 shaving fee. It is recommended to shave the day before.

Refunds There are NO REFUNDS on any products, treatments or services paid for or pre-purchased. There are no exceptions. Products that are deemed defective will be exchanged for the same product within 15 days of purchase.
